Before upload your files
- We accept any file types, and suggest attaching the file to your outgoing email if the size is less than 10M.
- Please zip all your files into one file and upload to our FTP server. Let us know if you set password to the zip file.
- When sending us your file, please include as much information as possible. The more information that we have, the quicker we can get you a fully comprehensive quote.
Upload your large files to our server by FTP
- To upload files by FTP, you need a FTP software, here you can download a free one: FileZilla.
- Try to avoid any blank spaces in your filenames and replace with an underline "_" if needed.
- Please use the following information to login our server.

Send us your large files through third-part server
- There are many free online file storage spaces for your files upload. You can setup an account and upload your files to those free host.
- After upload your files, please send us the account number and password. Therefore we can download the file for analysis.
